  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

  • For B2B/EcoGreen Labs Customers: All quotes, pricing, and terms for bulk/export orders are subject to a separate, signed commercial agreement and are not governed by the standard retail terms on this Site.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., product availability, errors in product or pricing information).

  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We use secure third-party payment processors.

  • Wholesale/B2B Inquiries: Product inquiries via forms or email do not constitute a binding order. A formal purchase order and written acceptance are required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Retail - ClaLux)

  • Sale items or personalized products may be final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
