This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms for shipping and delivering products purchased from EchoGreen Labs ("we," "us," or "our") via our website https://echogreenlabs.com. This policy applies to retail purchases under our ClaLux brand.

For bulk, wholesale, or export orders under our EcoGreen Labs division, shipping terms (including Incoterms, lead times, and costs) are negotiated on a per-order basis and detailed in a separate commercial agreement.

1. Shipping Destinations & Processing

  • Current Service Area: We currently ship within India.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation and order verification.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at[contact[at]echogreenlabs.com]

  • We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimated Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected service.

  • Delivery Partners: We partner with reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, or India Post.

  • Estimated Timelines:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.

    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (if available).

    • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take an additional 2-5 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather, logistics, or customs (for future international shipments).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

4. Delivery & Receipt

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address), the courier will typically leave a notice. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier to reschedule. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us, and refunds will be issued minus original and return shipping costs.

  • Inspecting Your Delivery: Please inspect the package for damage before the delivery person leaves. If the package is visibly damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at [contact[at]echogreenlabs.com]

5. International Shipping (Future/On Request)

  • We currently focus on domestic (India) sales. For specific international orders, please contact us prior to ordering at [b2b@echogreenlabs.com] to discuss feasibility, custom regulations, shipping costs, and timelines.

  • Duties & Taxes: For any international shipment, the recipient is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the courier's tracking system. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's reception.

  2. Contact your local post office.

  3. File an inquiry directly with the courier company using your tracking number.
    If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance in investigating with the carrier.
